Submitting the cash-offer request form is a request only. It is not a binding offer to sell and does not create any obligation between you and the brokerage. Any cash-offer proposal we provide is a non-binding written proposal you may accept, decline, or counter in your sole discretion. There is no fee for receiving an offer.
Submitting the form does not create a real estate agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship. A formal seller-side agency relationship requires a separate signed listing agreement. The cash-offer route described on this Site is a principal-to-principal transaction (we, or a referred investor in our network, are the buyer), not an agency representation.
You agree to provide accurate information about the property in your request. We rely on this information to prepare an initial offer proposal. Material misrepresentations may result in withdrawal or revision of any offer prior to closing.
You are under no obligation to accept any offer we or our network partners provide. You may decline at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. If you decline, no further contact will occur unless you request it.
If the property you describe does not fit our direct acquisition criteria, we may, with your consent, refer your request to a vetted investor in our local network. We do not receive a commission or referral fee from the seller for such referrals; we may, in some cases, receive a referral fee from the investor, which does not increase the price you receive. You will be told, before any referral, that a referral is being made.
By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email regarding your request. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or emailing broker@revolvre.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
